The downloaded zip file contains an executable named BDSSetup.exe. Just execute this file and the program will ask you where you would like to locate it.
At the end of the installation process it will ask you if you want to launch the application.

Minimum System Requirements:

Pentium III Processor with 128 Mb RAM and approx. 24 MB free harddisk space

Supported Platforms:

Win98, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP (Home and Pro version).
